_Booking for 2 or more guests? Please include the number of guests, name, and requested services in the "SPECIAL REQUEST" box
_No Show & Late Cancellation Policy: After 2 no-show, late cancellation, or appointment changes, a non-refundable deposit $25 will be required for future bookings. The deposit will be applied toward your service when you arrive.
_Arrival Policy: Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled if you are more than 10 minutes late without notifying us by phone call
